This conceptually based piece was referenced from a Google Maps image of crosswalk deconstruction on K-street, and is about the nefarious influence of big money on the people. The crosswalk is symbolic of the United States people, as it's where millions of citizens have crossed, including every race, gender, color, religion, as economic status. The colors on the crosswalk are vibrant and diverse, much like the American population, yet as things break down things become increasingly monochromatic and drab. Specifically they become blue and cold, which represents the soulless nature of big money.
